I bought the newly launched product from Usha Gurgaon DLF Ph 4 showroom in December last week.
Two complaints lodged for gyser not getting switched ON and low water heating.(Call no# C17010201091 & C17010501539)
Third complaint the product was gyser not heating properly.(call no#17011101615)
USHA company mechanic declared product to be faulty and said the call will be transferred to quality team.
Make at least 5 calls to USHA management, no one visited till 10 Feb 2017.
