Please read my true experience before going to by Usha New Infiniti Cook Halogen Oven. I have purchased it from a nearby shop at Mavelikara, Kerala. The salesman introduced this new product and extol the advantages and baking experience.
Actually, I’m first time going to buy an oven. Because I don’t know much more about ovens. They provide a new look that varies from traditional pictures of the oven and they introduced halogen technology instead of microwaves. But the overall performance is very poor. The baking coil has damaged just after one month. I complained to the customer care, but the technician didn’t come in the first time. Then I called to the company and finally they came and repair it. It has only few service stations in Kerala.
One of the important qualities of the company is there good customer service, but in the case of Usha Halogen Oven, it is very pathetic. Heat will be flowing only from the top side. so the top side of the dishes will bake properly but the bottom side is not at all. That is the main defect of this product. It is not a professional oven and it didn’t give you perfect baking experience. The maintenance cost is very high and it needs more maintenance in short span of time. Complaints will come every time. They fixed the heating coil very carelessly because it makes complaints every time.
The heat controlling system is not working properly. They failed to provide equal heat to all sides. The halogen light and fan in the oven are low quality products. The protective part of the halogen light has big holes. It will not give much more protection to the light. The accessories along with the oven are very poor.
Totally it has a look but no work. If you have any plan to buy an oven, you please study about the features and avoid bad product like this. Totally it is a waste of money and it won’t give you a good baking experience.
