In India nothing is free except free advice. There are many projects came to provide free internet in some metro cities and crowded places it works oly few months later nothing is left over their and in some places wifi connects but the people will fed off with the speed of internet.
Some private or government should come up with good wifi zones in required areas like bus station, railway stations etc
