ICICI BANK: THE WILD ELEPHANT

DONT CHOOSE ICICI BANK:Icici bank by its guriella marketing tactics has cornered many customers but it is not good with its customer services.when I first seen icici bank it was the really happening bank but now people are joined for the hope of best service is now vanishing.the complicated branches and products and the long que in the branches.


Other recent ad that branches are open from 8am to 8 pm the people take a relief and myself also but the ques are there bcoz now half the counters are open in morning and half in evening.so I no difference in services.The little account holders just cant complain and people stand bcoz they think they cannot quit easily.other things matter are the charges  which are very high.One other example is I lost my cheque book and was in need of new but as per their regulations I got my cheque book after 10 days all my working was stop due to this.


I was having deposit of 2.5 lac that time and I cant do anything. My business was hurted and my relations with suppliers.what to say now.I closed my account and open a account in syndicate bank which give me more value and customised services req.thank god there are other banks also.God bless MR.kamath the ceo of bank.
