Man, if you are related to someone higher up, or if you are OK with kissing up to people higher up, or if you think you a loser in personal life, then this is the place for you. This is a place driven by personal likes and dislikes, highly immature and unprofessional. And since I had the misfortune of observing them from close, they cannot deliver quality, cause the hiring is biased and based on monetary gains on the sourcing guys, it would be hard to find more unprofessional guys then them, seriously. You can only connect with them and make it through if, you are related to someone they are/or want to kiss up, or they think THEY (not the company) will make margin, or if you if you have some personal problem, like dumped by your spouse, or If you are not getting any from your spouse, then you can earn a lot of sympathy and can ride it to make it in this company AND can be a so called star performer…. Do not think I am writing this because I could not make it through, I did, and it disgusted me…… in these hard times it is tough to find a job, but if you can, avoid this company.
