They tell they are IT company but they are staffing company
They will not give you proper salary based on the experience.
They are totally money minded company 100% money and 0% employee care.
They will not support you if you get hurt from the client, they say they are dependent on client. So they ask to be a slave and they treat you as such when you were working in the client location.
If you are in bench and when you go to the main office, they check the timings and then open the toilets .example:- only one rest room is opened for use in the morning before 9 am and other one will be closed .
There is no library in the bangalore office, so you can use it when you are in bench.
if they could not able to find a project for you, they will simply find a reason and ask you to resign.
if you are working in this company, its better to make your mind that you will not get job in another companies. this company luck will be followed, so that you will not get a offer from other companies.

Job security - until the project is there, you will be or they will ask you to resign then and there.
Career growth:- Yes, your career will be over for sure. its a dream about career growth.
CEO- Worst. I think he is blind what is happening around. I think everyone follows his mentality.
Personal advise: what ever may be, dont go and join in this company. you will ruin your career for sure. Dont recommend this company for your friends or anyone.
