Hi I have started my career with UST global and that was my worst decision as the company is not at all professional towards their employees. There are certain negative points of company which I would to share it with you:
Firstly when you get selected HR will tell you about company and their policies and benefits which they give to employees but none of them are true. After selection I got to know that the company do bulk hiring for newly process and when they were unable to give positive response to clients they start firing their employees with a silly reason that process is gone and now you have to leave also.
The salary is too low as I joined as fresher and they paid me 9500 rs which is very less. Incentives are also very less and its hard to achieve the parameters to get incentives.
Not at all career growth for the agents as they fire employees very fast. The work environment is also very hectic as there is always pressure of manager while working.
All & all not a good company to work with so I don’t want anyone of you to suffer the way I do.
