Hai im Angel and its my experience about Utaxi.i once booked Utaxi and luckly I found a cab and after everything was done.
I waited for almose 30munits and then I checked and called the person and his responce was like ’Sir lots of traffic so you cancel the ride’ and I was like could’nt you inform me a bit earlier? And he was like what should I do now? I can’t help it and he just cut the call.
And I wasted my time and got screwed for being late to office.and completly it spoilt my day.
So done use this app for your urgent times.it may screw you up like it did to me.
