I usually go for Ola or Uber or just public transport if I don’t have to hurry anywhere and most of the time I am just in my car and didn’t needed any kind of transport before but then one unfortunate day I was with my work colleagues for work related thing and had no car.
I knew some cab drivers are not good but still looked around and got this taxi service number I called them and they agreed to come but kept me waiting for 45 minutes on the decided time.
Then I told him to pickup NY luggage he said its not what he is paid for and rudely plainly declined.It gave me a really bad impression for the taxi service.
I was then seated and the ride was really rash and uncomfortable and he was going really fast and told him to slow down to which he said its not my business how he drives he is just told to drop me off and collect payment nothing else.
I was really shocked as I could smell alcohol on him too and was quite sure he would fight if I say anything more. Then he stopped at my destination and asked for more than o was told to which he said he dropped me on the location and not outside the colony outskirts like they do so he will charge more to which I declined and he argued. No wanting to ruin the day I didn’t argued and paid and swore never to take that taxi again.
So if you ever think about going for this service then don’t its really bad. I will never recommend
