Do NOT fall for it.
Booking a taxi on their website will book a taxi for a service called Deepam Taxi. All they share at the time of booking is an SMS with customer care number.
I’ve called multiple times on this customer care number for long 20 minutes. There was a recorded message "Line is busy, please wait". Ultimately, there was another customer care number, which on fourth attempt they picked and said, the cab is not available and we have to cancel it.
Such level of unprofessionalism and poorest customer service I’ve ever seen.
PS: Just go for Meru or Mega cabs instead of saving on some money to these bunch of losers.
