UTI MF inhuman people and worst ever services

1)When you visit their office there is no clarity among 2 different employees on any question


2)My father-in-law who is 93 years of age submitted one folio for around redemption 23 September 2022 to Borivali West office of UTI


3)Since there was no response from them for more than 15 days he visited their office around 10th Octover 2022. When they merily said that his signature does not match hence this was not redeemed. A person of 93 years of age could have been informed over the phone is it not? Absolutely inhuman animals they are(using a mild word "animals" here than using worst words I am aware of)


4)Then their person said my wife who is joint holder can also sign and he can sign again and submit


5)Today its 20th October 2022 and redemption has not happened


6)Myself who is his son-in-law used his credential registered on UTI MF with password creation and did redemption in 2 minutes.


7)But to do so we had to call UTI MF customer care number and these animals were of lower category who did not want to entertain anyone else sitting besides the main policy holder who is 93 years of age and he said he has to call from his registered number he only has to read out the folio number. A person who can’t read due to his age how could he do so without the help of any their party?


I my self Sudhir Umesh Prabhudesai stopped my investments with UTI due to this quality of service and diverted all my funds to HDFC/ICICI/Future generali/SBI/Canara robecco etc etc fund and my investment has crossed 3 cr in these companies and with UTI its mere 1.5 lacs.
