Now if you are thinking to persue higher education from any institute affiliated to utkal university please read it till end, first of all about myself, am a MBBS student studying in SCBMCH affiliated to utkal university. No doubt university is having big name& fame but as said( dia tale andhera), Here everything is like a perfect govt office, u give bribe& u get good marks& of study hard u may land in failure list. So strong influence should be there. Moreover this university is focused on advertisement& thats it. I have seen many students after giving exam run directly to the office to bribe them for passing marks, library is big but books are all old(torn apart). Politics among student is not very uncommon here.
