I’ve read many of the reviews here and was a bit put off, but I wanted the dress pictured, so I took a deep breath and ordered it. I found customer service to be very helpful and very exacting when asking for measurements.They always responded courteously to my inquiries.
The only downside is that it took so long to be made. If you order from Utsav, know that it will take awhile. I think we in the West expect things to be done yesterday. Once it was made, it came to east coast USA literally overnight.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.The garment is gorgeous. (Since I ordered online, I can’t speak to the parking, ambience, or store range.)
