I am a huge online shopper and have not experience service this bad. I bought a salwar kameez for a wedding over a month before my event. I checked in constantly and they keep telling me the outfit will take 3-4 days to get ready and this went on for 20 days! I tried to cancel my order 4 times, I did it over email, phone and live chat and they still did not cancel my order.
The event I bought this outfit for has passed and they will not cancel my order that hasn’t even left their shipping facility! I am so furious. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM UTSAV. There are so many other stores online. UTSAV IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. DO NOT RISK BUYING SOMETHING FOR AN EVENT HERE HOPING IT WOULD ARRIVE.
