I ordered a sari for a wedding. I chose a wedding with a date where it promised to ship in 10 days. Well, 25 days later it had still not shipped. I got correspondence from their helpdesk, and when I asked to cancel as it was shipping to late, they ignored and shipped anyway. Now I"m stuck with a Sari that I can’t wear as it shipped after my event.
It’s upsetting as they respond to all other comments, except when there is a problem.. they conveniently ignore.
