Worst experience ever with Utsav!
Shopped online on Utsavfashion.com and made a payment but never received my order. Tried contacting them several times through emails and live chat but no one responds properly.
The representatives keep copy pasting the automated messages. I don’t think they know how to communicate and resolve the issues.
Lost hopes about receiving my order. They are not refunding my money too. Trying to file a dispute case about the charges on my credit card. Beware, this website is a total scam!
