Yesterday, i visited Uttam Electronics on Sharanpur Road, Nashik. It is a multi-brand showroom showcasing various Electronic and other home Appliances like LED TVs, Washing Machines, Irons, ACs etc..
I went there to enquire about LED TV - Samsung Brand. The sales man greeted me and started questioning me about my requirements and my Hall size. As per my information, he suggested me some TVs along-with reasoning. He seemed to be keen and enthusiastic enough to sell me whatever i wanted. He handled my objections neatly and convinced me to go for Panasonic. Although, i knew that was the trick, he nearly succeeded in his endeavour. He also offered me price and negotiated on it quite nicely.
Although i shall definitely enquire more with other dealers along-with exclusive showrooms too, i was quite impressed with his situation handling and customer attentiveness.
I shall give full marks to his marketing skills, and recommend anyone to once visit this showroom.
