UPSRTC online ticket booking and service is worst, I had very bad experience with upsrtc. I booked a ticket from upsrtc official website, from KOTA to JHANSI(PLEASE FIND ATTACHED TICKET). Departure address is not mentioned in the the ticket. And also I have not received any message or mail regarding bus departure address and neither bus driver/conducor number. I called customer support numbers 8756888110 and 18001802877, customer care executive told me they don’t have any information about this bus. And finally I missed my bus. After that I wrote mail(refer screenshot) to upsrct at(online.support@upsrtc.com) but still not getting any reply.
