I was shoped at v bazaar alambagh twice their customer service was ok. Quality of product was ok. They have started new branch in teliabagh which was near to my house.
They are not showing good response, they boarded 1+1 offers for some products and I had chosen the product for my choice. when I went for billing chamber to my surprise they billed for 2.
I asked about offer they just said we are not giving any offers for that product. I just take them n showed the board which was writtened 1+1.
They said ok we will exchange but will not py back. Really I felt very worse for that situation. After a long argument I got my money back. After me another two suffered with the same problem.
I request you to be loyal to the customer. Let the customer feel happy for ur sevice and visit again. Maintain quality in service.
