The V-ePassbook+, is a great app launched by Vijaya Bank for its customer’s. I’ve been using this app for about over a year now and with absolutely no complains.
Its an app by which one can maintain their updated passbook on their mobile phones. Since I have an Android handset, I downloaded this app from Google playstore. Once you download it, you register for a One-time Password(OTP) by entering you registered mobile number with the bank. After you receive the OTP, via. SMS, you can select MPIN(password) which will be required everytime you log in to your passbook.
What I like about V-ePassbook+ is that it give to options to access multiple accounts by the use of different Customer Id’s. You can also add notes for each transaction. In addition to you Saving A/C details, it also give you information about your Fixed Deposits too, like the Ledger balance, date of maturity, etc.
Facilities for making a request or complaint to be bank is also available in this app. Information about various products, interest rates, ATM’s locators and branch locators can also be done with this app.
Most useful thing which I found while using this app is that it occupies some 9.5 MB on your phone which is not so huge. And most importantly it never crashes.
indeed, this app is a time savor for everyone who wants their passbook updated. One need not visit the bank every time as it allows you instant access to your updated passbook in just a minute.
What’s more, it also has the offline usability feature.
