’ V for Vendetta ’ - The plot rolls around exactly as its name suggests - vengeance. A vengeance not for his own cause, but which benefits the whole nation.
About the character :
The lead of this story ’ V ’ is in mask for the entire movie , not revealing his face. Behind the mask dont expect a glamarous figure with all muscles and power, as in mask of zorro. Don commit the same mistake as I did and get fooled in april :-). Behind the mask is a body in pure red figure due to terrible burns caused in a horrendous accident.
The Burns probably would be of 4 th degree burns .:-) and V would be the only one who would have survived that.( The image depicted of V would make you believe like that. )
And there is still confusion that where ’’ V ’ has eyes or not.
Storyline :
He comes in vengeance to clear all the people responsible for that, including the chancellor of Britian. How does ’’ V ’’ accomplishes his mission is the plot of this story.
As per the saying ’ Heroes turn scars to stars ’ , the hero full of scars become a star overnight by blowing up huge buildings, with a lot of fireworks and music.
And to add about natalie portman , she had played her character well. Her state of mind, whether to go along with ’’ V ’’ or be a submissive lady hiding her presence is well shown by her acting. There is only two main characters in this story, V and natalie , which will obviously without any flaw will make you think natalie as a good actress.( as the other character V is covered in mask entirely.)
Note:-
Don expect much of action by seeing the trailers of this movie. ( just as I did.). I had watched this one in PVR cinemas , blore . But surely you will be provided your money worth. Its a well crypted plot , in which mysteries get unfolded consequently and parallelly. It appears exactly like reading Dan brown’s digital fortress.
and finally,
V for Vendetta has
a sufficient amount of romance,
a little bit of comedy, ( as per the producer.)
a good amount of action,
and finally nicely intervened twists and plots. The later makes the movie impressive.
Don miss the tension , plot in this story. Worth watching once..
