User friendly
It doesn’t have the control function to control the water temperature. The water heats upto 42 degree Celsius & you can do nothing to lower the temperature. The heating & mains lights are practically invisible during the day when sunlight enters the bathroom.
Durability
It is not at all long lasting product. As soon as the warranty gets over the problems starts appearing. First leakage started taking place then the duration of heating extended. We had to chunk out a large amount of money to get it fixed.
Style & design
Style & design is quiet ordinary. The plain white colour looks dull. The design lines are not that appealing. Design is too typical seems old fashioned.
Service & support
Company needs to improve a lot in this matter because there is no firm infrastructure for the customer to talk to customer care or call a mechanic at home to get thr geyser fixed. We had to depend on the local electrician to get it done.
