I have fitted Two 15 liters storage water Geyser of V-Guard in two bath rooms. Two days back when the geyser was switched on within 5 minutes it started burning emitting obnoxious smoke having dark colors. It was daytime and I was able to control the fire with help of others. otherwise, the fire could have spread. Had it been night time the smoke could have taken life by asphyxiation. Although the complaint was lodged with the national toll-free number two days back, no action has been taken by the company. The company’s local representative does not pick up the phone. The other geyser of this company does not function well.
Through this message, I am alerting other customers to be careful as they may face fire damage in their house.
