There service was extremely satisfactory. They sent a supervisor, a driver and 4 other staff (all in uniform) as promised and they were very very professional. They were meticulous and careful and very thorough in packing, moving, unloading and refitting.
There surveyor Mr. Dhawan was also very courteous and polite. They had used bubble wraps and cardboard sheets generously.
I had a lot of furniture and breakable glass ware and all of them were well taken care of. There was NO damages and NO items missing.
I am confused as to why there are bad reviews on this site about them. Guess sometimes things can go wrong in some way, but my experience with them was very satisfying.
