Hi All,
I am extremely disappointed with the service of V Locate Packers. I was assured that the parcel I was sending to Pune would be delivered in a span of 4 to 5 days. Its been 14 days now.
The worst part is they asked me to talk to the Driver to check where the consignment is rather than having a tracking number. I am surprised that how come there is no tracking system is in place which is the most basic technology.
Very disappointed with the service.
