Going by the sales person words, took 5 year membership last year and finished 2 holiday trips till now. They are just like any other tour operator, tie up with hotels where occupancy is low and block rooms at high discount. We will get exactly those rooms(usually away from town or old or of low budget) for our trip, no options provided to us.
First holiday was little better because its first year of membership, second holiday was all about adjust in every way.
Any problems during the trip are just ignored or asked to adjust. Very disappointing experience for me.
The way they respond before and after the EMIs are paid off is different.
No difference from booking through Yatra or Makemytrip.
Don’t go by any words they say, just insist on everything before going on trip.
