We planned our Singapore and Malaysia tour through vacation exotica as we were convinced with their itinerary.Right from the booking we got a feeling tat these people were not at all professional. When you compare these ppl with kesari and our tours right from the office you’ll see the difference from the office staff to the high price. Ours was 85000/person 6d/7n trip..
We planned for a group trip but on the last day we were informed tat we are the only ones on the trip fortunately at Malaysia airport we cam to know that there’s a family with us. Unlike other tours thy don’t have a tour manager with us whose gonna take care of the hotel booking an stuffs.
We stayed in 3 hotels in which we had to do the check in procedures. As tour guides we were given some sort of local taxi driver..some of them were damn arrogant. They used to drop us at the hotel lobby and wouldn’t even bother to see if the hotel checking is done properly..they simply used to leave.. handing the tickets to the park an all..
At Singapore we got picked up 2 hours late from what the pickup time was mentioned...and reached the destination late...so calling the driver to ask where he is was a daily task at Singapore...
In all a very bad experience with this tours, the beauty of Singapore and Malaysia saved the trip...but was highly stressed because of these ppl...again I’ll say IF YR PLANING A TRIP WITH VACATION EXOTICA DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT...OPT FOR KASERI OR SOMETHING YOU’LL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE..
