Over past few months, vadodara central store has become popular in Baroda as this was the only clothes mall in Baroda. The monopoly of being the only cloth mall in Baroda has gone to the head of their staff.
I bought goods worth 4500 in two invoices.Both the invoices were for more than 2000 on 26/5/08. As per the scheme, they were supposed to give me food bazar voucher of Rs. 200( 100 against purchase of goods worth Rs.2000). However I was given voucher of only 100.I was told that the scheme is Rs. 100 for purchase above Rs. 2000 irrespective of amount beyong 2000. the lady at the counter was very arrogant & misbehaving. When I asked to see the manager, she refused
They need to get staff from good family back ground & train their staff properly & there should be somebody to handle the complaints.
