My 6 Years old son going to this school for the past two years, in Class 2 now. I see all round development in my child. He was not used to writing at all, till his Upper KG; That seemed like a challenge, since this school has full fledged writing as per CBSE norms, and I could not believe how well he adapted. I could see month on month improvement in him. He then teacher was wonderful and gave him time and extra support. From not writing at all, he is now writes fully cursive, that is huge growth.
The way to teaching lessons in the school is really impressive; the student teacher interaction is also up to the mark. Teachers send regular notes letting parents know what is happening in school. Teachers are very approachable; Are willing to listen to parents and give their opinions.
Now the school Administration, I never found any issues. They have more than 70 busses and all that is managed by the transport department very well. Initial hiccup’s happen at the start of every year, but it streamlines within no time. The transport department is also very responsive and reply to parent queries well.
There is a department called Kala Mandira, which has many extra curricular activities; Music;Games;Art; Dance;
it comes at an extra cost but is nominal;
They also have regular contests in science and math. They have grand annual and sports day each year.
Coming to the fee’s, for Bangalore Standards, I feels its on the lower end, and looking at what the school is offering, it think it is totally worth.
I would like to end it says, if you want your kids to go to a school which is not HiFi like the international schools, with central AC and stuff, with above average level of education, this is the place.
