Worst Experience at Service Centre

The buying experience and dealing, delivery, hand over of the keys, follow up documentation etc was excellent. But when my car went for second service, it was late few days on the basis of months criteria and we were flatly told that second service has lapsed and so third service will be done and in fact proceeded for third service.


When we insisted that km is still within limit, we were rudely told that "it doesn’t matter and that what I am saying is right." I have been a car owner since 1993, and such jump of time limit has occurred several times in other brand like Maruti, Hyundai, etc but never came across such bad experience. When I contacted customer care, a call from service centre followed with a committment to resolve the issue.


But nothing happened. Feeling like cheated as I genuinely understand that it was a deliberate effort on the part of service entre to save few rupees, which hardly matter for an owner of Honda City, but the sourness remains. And if at all this was a criteria, why no call was made to the customer by the service centre that the time limit was about to lapse. Moreover, I had jumped the time limit in the first service also. Nothing like this was told at that time.


Whereas sales was excellent, service the poorest.


I think Vaishali Honda Service at Patna is the worst experience so far in my life.
