There are very few sports bars in Mumbai, especially in the Borivali / Kandivali area. Hence, when I discovered Vakaoo Sports Lounge I got totally hooked to this place.
The ambience of this place is mind blowing. The place is done up in vibrant colors. They have the regular tables along with little cabins that offer some privacy. On game nights, they obviously screen the matches but on other days they play hip and trendy music.
The food here is a mix of North Indian, Chinese, Continental and Italian. They serve some amazing finger food and starters as well. My favourites here are Pomfret Tawa Fry, Macchi Amritsari, Chicken in Vakao style and Chicken Cilantro.
For the main course I prefer Arabiatta Spaghetti, Chicken Bonanza pizza which is loaded with chicken and is my absolute favorite here. I also like Prawns Peri Peri Sizzlers and BBQ Chicken Sizzlers. The Indian food here is also pretty amazing. I like Paneer Makhanwala here along with Prawns Hara Masala, Murg Kali Mirch Masala and Chicken Methi Garlic.
The best part about Vakaoo is that the alcohol here is pretty cheap. Actually even the food here is pretty reasonable. The staff is very friendly. They are very attentive and will take care of your every little need. This is another reason I love coming to Vakaoo.
Vakaoo is the best place in Borivali to hang out with friends, enjoy a drink or two while listening to some great music. The place is quite posh but it isn’t very expensive. I would recommend this place to youngsters and teenager in the area.
