Absolutely disappointing experience.
I signed up with this company in November 2024 for an LLP formation, GST registration, and trademark filing package (₹10, 999), which was promised to be completed in 2526 days. As of July 2025, the process is still not complete thats over 8 months of delay with no proper accountability.
Because of their negligence, my business launch was delayed by more than half a year, causing a potential loss of ₹812 lakhs. The delay has also led to a sudden increase in the Karnataka stamp duty charges from ₹2, 500 to ₹5, 000 a cost increase that they now expect me to bear, even though the delay was from their end.
Whats worse is the unprofessional behavior of some team members especially Abhishek, who was dismissive and even suggested I cancel the service instead of fixing the issue. Multiple attempts to escalate this were either ignored or brushed aside.
If this is how they treat startup clients, I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with something as crucial as company registration. Ive been more than patient, but Im now being forced to consider legal and consumer action. I will also be sharing this experience on other platforms so that other entrepreneurs dont go through the same.
Avoid this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
