I engaged ZOLVIT / VAKILSEARCH with high hopes and clear expectations, but sadly, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their initial promises, the services provided were subpar and did not meet the agreed-upon standards.
What’s even more disheartening is their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite numerous attempts to address the issues and request a refund, ZOLVIT / VAKILSEARCH has repeatedly stalled and failed to honor their commitment.
My strong request to all my fellow customers, Never fall in trap of customer service people who chase you to buy product . Once the payment is complete, It is nightmare for you to get the services you wanted. They say more reasons than a neighbour who owe money to you.
