I selected this hotel primarily because as a couple we were looking for an all inclusive package with meals. The ambience and food is excellent, though the approach road to the hotel is through small huts and slums, but the market is nearby and you can just walk out without any guidance. We selected non ac room as it was rainy season and ac is not needed.
Room was clean, service was good. Only drawback is if you skip your tea in the evening and come back to hotel after sight seeing lets say by 7 and tea time is till 6only, you need to pay 40bucks for one tea cup which is exorbitant. The waiters will call for the taxi when you need it and food of course is the best part here. So if you are ok with spending around 10k for 3nights here, this is the best place in mahabaleshwar.
