The very first thing I would like to tell every one, before any one read my review is , I have written this review in aspect of availability of LEGAL & TECHNICAL paper of the project (Meadow Vista).
Actually what I have seen and observed in Real Estate sector India, that it has grown very randomly, basically people who had land in past, we can say ZAMEENDAR , CHAUDHARY or BHOO MAFIAS who had possessions of huge lands, transformed in Real Estate Developers later on.
Yes I won’t say that all Real Estate Developers Belongs to the family of zameendars or mafias, because exceptions are always there and one of the exception is Value Infracon. The group Value Infracon has been build by collaboration of engineers from the premium colleges of India. The group is coming with a project called “Meadow Vista”. The Project is located at Raj Nagar Extension, NH-58, Ghaziabad UP, There are 4 different types 3BHK Flats and 2 type of 2 BHK flats.
Features Of The Project - Total Land 8 acres , 200 acres of entertainment greens opposite Meadows Vista , 24 hour water supply , Ample parking space , Designer lift & entrance lobbies, Requisite power backup, Concealed TV/ Dish antenna cabling, Club house with swimming pool , Health Spa , High class construction with perm anent external finish, Commercial complex with intercom, Intercom & broadband facilities , Modular kitchen with safety measures
The main feature which make Meadow Vista more reliable and “worth to purchase property” are – 1. The land has been purchased by the group and plan has been approved by the GDA (Ghaziabad Developing Authority).
Documents have been personally examined by me.
Its location - this residential project is on eastern side of river Yamuna very near to Delhi Boarder.
Promoters with engineering background - increase the reliability of Value Infracon so as of Meadow Vista; it has civil engineers as General Manager and Managing Director of the company.
Flats available at good price – (It had a long list wouldn’t be comfortable enough to mention here so for prices you have to put some extra efforts and have to look for it in its site.)
No hidden cost – trust me knowledge about hidden cost is very important, because one the builder I know was charging more then 1.30 lacs only for security, parking and other maintenance charges even after promising flats at very low cost.
Hence it is a good project but there are always some obstacles on the road of success so here for Value Infracon those obstacles are -First project of the developer, No past records as far as real estate project completed, Project comes at the time of recession
