I have 3 years of experience in ValueLabs. In this company, no work recognization and no work satisfaction. Who are all PM’s in VL. they don’t have minimum knowledge on technology. One project having 100+ employees. All employees lost their jobs by management mistakes. Complete project project was closed. so guys dont ever join in this company.
HR guys are very worst fellows. there is no proper comunication with employees. Even HR manager doesn’t know, what are the projects are running, who are working or who are in bench.
Example: almost 6 months I was on bench. Daily I was communicated PM. PM says that, we are looking project, no need to contact HR manager for the new project. afer 6 months PM says, we don’t have projects, they are moving me into HR pool. Then I met HR. HR manager says that, why don’t you meet me on the first day and how can u sit on bench. See, That HR manager doesn’t know employees status. there is no proper communication between PM’s and HR .
