Being few months old in the Company, there are opportunities to learn and grow. The work assigned has been challenging though there are no results for the hardship that has gone into it. I feel if any work involves hardship, it should have output or some result that encourages an individual to regenerate their ideas and enhance one’s skills.
My sincere advise while joining VALUELABS, please join only if you are going to be a billable resource, otherwise you have to put an extra effort to get an edge in the company.
Pros- Very good work environment and architecture of the building is commendable.
Cons- Don’t fall for the above pro. Determine to be a billable resource.
