I have been in ValueLabs from 2+ years.
The most important reason for me to see a long and fruitful career in ValueLabs is the respect and value given to the employees.

There has been several instances close to my heart where I see the aforesaid pros.
But, as the two sides of the coin, the company also has some improvement areas. First and foremost, the career ladder needs to be improved especially in case of the supporting departments like HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
Also, the company is people-centric which is good. But, in order to keep at par with the IT giants, the senior management needs to follow a well-driven processes with regards to compensation and other metrics.
The contribution of senior management towards transforming the company is visionary provided there are metrics-driven processes are followed.
Overall, ValueLabs is an experience if you like working with people more than the processes.
