Valuelabs is the worse company u ever see in software industry, no ethics, no rules. in fact there is nothing in the company.
Firstly I would start with directors.the only advantage of this company is Mr.Arjun Rao the CEO of VL, he is very kind n good.he will talk n give smile to everyone.he is the only one who is good in company.
Next comes to HR team.Mr.Krishna Reddy. Nowhere he looks like an HR(in terms of his language, action n appearance) HR is supreme in this company. They treat all employees as slaves.even a fresher in HR team will dominate project leader n treat him as bacchaaa. There are two woman surrounding krishna reddy (will not name those two) they think they came from heaven and they are angels.and there is one more HR Mr.Prashanth. He thinks he is mahesh babu. We really can’t stand these people.First worst part of VL is HR team n there dirty, worst behavior. I have no words to describe them.if there is anything that is most worst in this world.it is VL HR team.
Next about PM’s, if HR is supreme for company these people are supreme for project.they will create a hell around the employees and impose some hard rules such as.
1)Should follow timings(9:30 AM - 10:30 PM)
2)If anyone leaves at 7 PM then he shd take permission of PM(even if u don’t have wrk u shd take permission)
3)Even if you don’t have wrk these fools will make u to sit.they cant judge an employee based on his talent because they don’t have it n they don’t know abt it.they only check weather u are staying late or not.if u have patience for staying long.u are considered as best employee.
4) Most important thing. If u need leave u shd plan at least 45 days.n u will never get leave more than 2 days. If u took leave in this month. You shd not even think abt it for at least 2-3 months. All ur leaves go into VL drainage.
5) They ARE SPECIALLY TRAINED TO TORTURE.always manager will watch from his glass cabin. The only work of PM is to torture.torture.torture.
If I go on saying then this list would never finish.
Finally.speaking abt appraisal.the process starts before march n supposed to give appraisals by March 31 but u finish appraisal in October u will get appraisal letters in November and if everything is fine u will get money in ur account by December or January. I am really saying. It is like hell waiting for that hike.everything in VL is worst. worst. worst. If u join this company you will repent every day ur everyday will be hell.
