Cons:
All Director/PM/TL are BA/BCOM and most of them are relatives of each other.
NO Project in this company at all.
Always conduct FAKE interviews and updates HR that candidate is not strong in technology.
This is pure testing company.
4. Major focus is too increase Manager/Director salary only and Cost cutting for Developer/Tester who are at Sr level.
5. Promotion is only & only for relatives or from FRESHER- Sr only.
- HR & PM internally EAT your increments.
7. Once Project work is finish , they will through u like u r mosquito.
8. Hire policy: If PM is not finding Low salary & good tech. candidate for specific requirement & u r one who is fitting in it. They will hire u for few months. Keep recruiting on. As soon as some low salary good in tech candidate is available they will throw you OUT. HR is 100% CRAP. U can say GARBAGE DEPARTMENT of GARBAGE company.
9. Working hours are horrible.
- Suppose u r on bench, PM policy to hire candidate from bench 1. PM will ask you what is your Salary first. 2. If budget is 4 lac and u r package is 5 lac, UR of no USE for them. 3. In interview u should ask them that you will work saturday/Sunday as well without any payment and complaint . This is only way to get in project.(My TRUE exp with company, sharing to save u before u can thought to join this GARBAGE company)
11. ALL F.K TELGUUUUUS who eat GUUUS of director and manger, no ethics of communication, working ZERO in terms of professionalism.
- Major business of this company is COST cutting and get work done from fresh lemon who are
BE/BSC pass out.
Advice for experience developer/tester
Dont leave u r existing company for this GARBAGE company.
If you are un employed experience candidate please have a patience in ur self DONT join in this company.
Still after ignoring this 100% true comment, u wish to join, I wish, u come out safely from this GARBAGE company who have spoiled career of many candidate in last few years.
