Very worst experience in ValueLabs. No support from HR people. They did not follow the anyetiquette in company. Are they exceptional? I am waiting for my appraisals. They have started the process in March.. but still we are waiting for the appraisal papers and then the arrears will be given to us in November/December. I don’t know what the management, HR, Project managers will do with out giving hikes at right time. Are they sleeping?
Worst management that I had ever see till now. They don’t have proper planning of the resources... They don’t have proper idea how to execute a plan. I will resign this worst company as soon as I get the appraisal paper and arrears. Don’t join in this company.. waste of time. Management people don’t have common sense at all. They all give more importance to religion and regions, especially Raj yennam. And the project managers who don’t have technical knowledge will speak and give ideas for the projects, especially Sai (PM), Raj yennam.
