Worst company that I have ever worked with. Its a Family business kind of thing. You don’t find the work style of an MNC.
The so called CEO never interacts with Employees. Only with Top People he will talk.
Do not expect any Growth in this company. Because company itself not growing so how can they give you the growth to you. If you want to work like a Government employee, then this will be the right place. You can not question your boss. You can not ask good Hike in appraisals.
IMPORTANT: Appraisal process starts in March every year. But the associates will get Appraisal Letters in September. And the hike amount you will get only in November. This kind of Appraisal process happens no where in the world. They do like this only to stop Attrition.Think ten times before you join this company.
