I had 750 points in my account - loyalty points. I placed an order for 3 products and they divided the points amongst all 3 by default with no option for me to choose. Later on I kept one product and returned other 2. The points never came back to the account. On complaining this guys told me the points expired the very next day which is impossible. I kept asking their executive to share proof as to what kind of communication was sent to me about the possibility of points expiring or sshare a screenshot of my account which mentions point expeiring date, But he kept saying I cant share anything and I would have redeemed your points if I could. All this sounds like pure nonsense. What an unscrupulous company!
