I joined this company on a high note on a pretext that in a small company there would be learning and there would be fair chances of career growth. Within months I got to know that my decision was wrong. Leave aside things about learning or career growth the place was not worth being there. This company is run by a family, husband and wife and they feel employees are their personal belongings which they can use, misuse and abuse. Company has a fixed set of client possibly because of the director’s personal terms who was in the banking industry during his career. These clients sometime gives requirement some times not. If there is no requirement then also as an employee one should be ready to hear personal comments that you are not doing much to get the requirements (Ideally, it should be the job of director or BDM and not of every other employee).
There is no value of even old employees who can easily be subjected to mouthful of abuses if they falter no matter how good they have been during their stay in the company.Director is an old mentally disabled person and empployees have to be on his mercy as he has no control on his tounge or basically you can say that he has no professional acumen. Even if it is an emergency condition getting leave is difficult leave aside getting leaves during festive season. Employee seeking leave are very vocally told better to leave the company then to be a liability. Employees resigning has always a horrible time either their salaries are forefitted or are paid half.The most astonishing fact is that company only employees female and no males.
One of the reasons behind this rational I thought is that female being weaker sex would succumb to ill treatment and would not make a noise and it would be easy for its proprietors to manipulate. Finally I am happy being away from this organization and would appeal to people that they also stay away from it.
