I have this similar experience with this firm. Even I joined this company on the terms of the person running this company. It was told to me that company has lots of growth prospects. But reality sucks. After started working here I got to know the truth about the company. It’s a company where rules are made everyday and you have to follow them. You are not working here as the employee of the company but as a slave. Employees have no say in anything regardless if they are from outside India.
These two people running company are always dreaming of making this vanilla flavor favourite to everyone but the way they treat employees, I think it will remain as their dream only. And I don’t think it’s a grudge if someone likes to save career of people who go blindly by what the company says and what it does.
I guess the top management needs some sort of orientation in terms of not just being money minded but also employee centric. MD or Director is such a horrible person, he can do worst with his employees and then it doesn’t matter for how much time he/she worked there. Also employees who resign have horrible time he will eat their salaries, will keep the incentives or will pay half the salary. And yes here you will get all female workers, as females he consider being weaker can treat any way which he wants. And they will not utter a word against him.
I am very happy too to be away with this fake, false working environment.
One advice I would like to give to both husband and wife running this company is that do something both of you, else in no time your shop is going to shut. One interesting fact, most of the females working here are married and they stay near to the place. It’s easy for them to commute and earn something.
