This resort looks good only in photos but reality is totally different. The room prices are bit on higher side but you do not get good services. During my first visit, there was one robbery incident happened where one customer was fighting with hotel staff to take action on room service guy for robbery. As usual, the Hotel management did not take any action and asked customer to waive this off.
During my stay over there, I noticed their room phone not working. Their lift were heavily crowded. I had to take stairs to talk to the reception. I repeatedly raised concerns but no one took action. They charge lot on food but that food does not worth your money. The swimming pool is very small, don’t fall prey to the photos on the internet. Their complementary breakfast have only 2 items Khichdi and bread toast. South Indian people should prefer to eat outside. Their hot water supply also have certain timings which you need to follow, otherwise don’t expect to receive any support from hotel staff.
