I had made the booking considering the brand name ’Usha Lexus’ and after reading the details on website. But the picture on reality was totally different. The resort is very poorly maintained, there is only one restaurant although on website it mentions 4 restaurants, there is no live entertainment, or any other form of entertainment.
The services of housekeeping and room service is very poor The mattress provided was soiled. The worst part is the conveyance. The hotel taxi charges exorbitant rates and they do not allow any local cab facility for the guests.
