The Verdhman premium mall launched by Verdhman builder/developer in 2005, Nov. The mall is well located at outer ring road, walking distance from metro station and surrounded by well classed residents of Pitampura and Rohini. The mall also get spiritual bless from Kali Mata Mandir which is just at across the road.
More than 250 shops have been holed in this mall. And bulder has sold all shops at premium rate varying between 6500-25000/- per sq ft. Once the mall got completed, simply there are no takers.
Reasons :
Builder has only pocketed the valuable money of investors and has done nothing simply to make it a reasonable market.
Builder has failed to provide amenities like Full AC , toilets, space etc etc what we normally see, very well facilitated in other malls of NCR.
Builder failed to provide any anchor store such as big bazar, movie hall/ multiplexes, restaurants etc.
4 In very simple word ’Builder has cheated buyers and has put their investment in total loss’
In future if builder makes an effort to actually make shops operational, provide basic amentities, and do what all should be done, then only this mall can be fruitful. Otherwise it will be deserted as it is now.
