Nightmare at VarietyCenter at AnnaNagar. I happened to go for a jolly shopping with my wife to the variety store at Anna nagar. We had been there to shopping many times but this time the jolly shopping turned into a nightmare.
When I was browsing through the shopping store the customer support lady in the store came and asked an intimidating question as though I came for stealing something from the store and I got offended. When I reciprocated to turned out to a big fight between the owner of the store and me.
The owner of the store was full of ego and an adamant individual not fit to run a business. They insulted a customer and further turned it into a big fight and made us walk out of the store with a decision not to ever come again for shopping in that store again in our life.
Beware shoppers about Variety Center at AnnaNagar they don’t treat customers properly and they operate like as though they are running an Inventory with some security guards and not like a retail outlet with a sales team. I would recommend shopping in Conexions, Landmark and other places where you will be treated like a king!
