Varsha Travels is the worst amoung all the travels in Bangalore. First they will tell a lie that it is a VOLVO, later they send a bus for pickup. Our BMTC normal buses are better than the pickup bus. The reason is normal BMTC buses are open to air, the pickup bus what varsha is sending is A/C bus but A/C not working. Later when u reach Gandhi Nagar they talk about crossing at Hoskote, but it is a lie, you will travel only in the pickup bus with a VOLVO name painted on the bus.
Then the bus started from Gandhinagar without A/C, I grumbled and shouted, later the cleaner went out with a screw driver and started the A/C. The hotel is not clean and no hot water. The breakfast is OK, initially they serve very less and later they ask money for extra. The lunch is OK with only rice dishes. The guide took us for Tonsure and asked us to pay half money to the barber and half to the guide. If one or two passengers don’t reach when all have reached, they start immediately, without going for a search till the temple [normally guides of other travesl do].
Depositing the mobiles with an unknown person carrying a travel bag recommended by the guide, if he runs away with the booty of mobiles, god knows. Finally what I suggest is KSRTC, KSTDC and APSRTC or by Train. Govt buses do have package travel to Thirupathi. PLEASE DONT GO BY VARSHA TRAVELS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIMER.
